Privacy
Santaine holds only what Membership requires. The House does not sell attention, and does not follow Members across the web.
I · The posture
Privacy is a posture, not a disclaimer.
Santaine is built to custodian a permanent registry — not to harvest behaviour, sell profiles, or measure attention. What the House collects exists so that Membership can be kept, the Number protected, and Recognition inscribed with calm.
If a piece of information is not required for those purposes, it does not belong here.
II · What the House holds
Only what Membership requires.
When you apply or become a Member, Santaine may hold the details needed to identify you within the House: name, email, account credentials, and the facts of your Membership — Registry Number, contribution relationship, activation date, and standing in Recognition.
Payment is handled through Stripe. Santaine does not store full card numbers. Stripe returns only what is needed to confirm contribution and keep Membership in good standing.
Optional details you choose to share — such as a username shown within the House — remain under your custody to change or leave empty where the product allows.
III · What the House never does
The registry is not inventory.
Santaine does not sell Member data. It does not build advertising profiles. It does not place analytics cookies to follow you across the open web. It does not invent urgency from your behaviour, and it does not treat belonging as a funnel.
The House may use trusted processors strictly to operate Membership — authentication, email delivery, and payment. Those processors act for Santaine; they are not given the registry as a product.
Artificial intelligence does not operate this website as a conversational agent, and it does not automatically read the live registry. How the House may use intelligence — and what it never does with it — is set out in Intelligence.
IV · The Number and time
A Registry Number is permanent.
Even if Membership ends, the Number remains part of the history of the House. That permanence is the point of Santaine — and it means certain records are kept so the registry stays coherent across decades.
Account credentials and contact details are held while they are needed to serve Membership and protect access. When you ask for a change that the House can honour without breaking the registry, Santaine will act with the same discretion it asks of its Members.
V · How to reach the House
Questions of custody deserve a clear door.
For questions about what Santaine holds, or to exercise rights available under applicable law, write through the channels published for Membership support. The House will respond with the same calm it expects of itself.
