Institution
Integrity
Authenticity is not a slogan. It is the condition under which a permanent registry remains worth keeping.
I · Authenticity of the Registry
Numbers that can be verified. Records that cannot be casually rewritten.
Each Registry Number is issued once and never reissued. Anyone may verify whether a number exists in the permanent record — without exposing private identity. Public checks strengthen trust; they do not turn the Registry into a social feed.
Fraud, falsification of numbers, and fabricated claims of Membership are treated as threats to the institution — not as private disputes between individuals.
II · Conduct and falsification
Incompatible conduct harms the whole.
Belonging confers responsibility. Conduct that misuses the House’s name, invents standing, or seeks to trade prestige as merchandise undermines every honest custodian.
The Charter defines what Santaine will not become. Integrity is the daily practice of that refusal.
III · Governance as protection
Rules that outrank convenience.
Owner operations and governance exist to protect admission, Membership status, and the quality of the Registry. Suspension and review are institutional acts when integrity requires them — never theatre, never spectacle.
